Hamilton Point Investments LLC (“HPI”) is a real estate company that primarily owns and manages multifamily apartment properties on behalf of high net worth investors. HPI offers private real estate investment funds through a selling group of independent broker-dealers and registered investment advisors. Since 2009 HPI has acquired approximately 150 properties with an acquisition value of nearly $3.4 billion. To date, HPI has taken 14 investment programs full cycle meeting or exceeding projected returns to investors. The company is based in Old Lyme, Connecticut and has approximately 250 employees.
