Patrick Lam:
… sponsors in the space that either suspended distributions, stop distributions or lowered the distributions. And we are very happy to say that we were never part of that group at all. As a matter of fact, our facilities really excelled throughout COVID. We tested all our facilities, and obviously, COVID 19 as a pandemic tested our facilities. And for the most part, our facilities were not affected. Most of them stayed at stabilization of over 90 to 95% occupancy. And we realized that the protocols and the procedures that were in place in our facilities really took and blocked COVID from ever coming in.

That’s excellent. I know that’s been one of the big questions, of course, with any residential type of DST.
