Wallace Smith is an entrepreneurial problem solver. He sees the desired outcome and works out the steps and solutions to make it happen.

His college education and training was in the field of electrical engineering. This made him a third-generation engineer in his family. This training in engineering contributed greatly to his ability to reduce difficult problems into solvable and systematic steps.

After working in the engineering field for a couple of years, the entrepreneurial spirit took over and Wally began a consulting firm tasked with helping business owners realize, launch, and deliver their dream businesses. This chapter took him through many different markets including fitness equipment and marketing, publishing, strategic alliances with foreign investment, and more.
