Richard Arnitz

Richard Arnitz is a results-driven Senior Executive with more than 30 years of experience spanning manufacturing, financial services, real estate, and insurance industries. His extensive experience includes sales, marketing strategy, and business operations within the financial services sector in working with both private and public companies.

Throughout his executive career, Richard has held leadership positions with Realty Capital Securities, Grubb & Ellis Capital Corporation, Cole Capital Markets, AIG Advisory Group and AIG SunAmerica Retirement Markets. In his past role as President of Cole Capital Markets, Richard was responsible for sales, service, and marketing departments, recruited, retained, and trained top-producing wholesalers, and increased sales over 300% YOY. As the President and CEO of Grubb & Ellis Capital Corporation, Richard raised over $3 billion and expanded selling agreements from 65 to over 200 broker-dealers and from 12,000 to over 40,000 financial advisors. In his current role, Richard assists Ridgegate™ Financial in their due diligence process, sales and marketing of sponsors and issuers for their client base looking for alternative income and 1031 exchanges.

Richard resides in Scottsdale, Arizona where he and his wife, Deborah, have raised their two adult children: Justin and Tiffany.  Richard is also active in his community and in his personal time enjoys hiking, attending sporting events and going to the gym. He received a B.S. degree in Corporate Finance from Arizona State University.  Richard currently holds a Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses with FINRA.
